Since the Cambridge Analytica incident, Facebook requires app review for all new & existing integrations. Since we resubmitted our app for review, our integration seems to be broken. This seems to be a bug in Facebook (link to bug tracker).
For now, customers can't publish news or albums to their Facebook Page and integrations will be automatically deactivated upon failing to publish content to Facebook.
We made Facebook aware of this issue and will follow-up when we have more information.
