Web app MailMerge service interruption

The external provider for the MailMerge module is suffering from API downtime or degraded performance. The MailMerge process has been disabled until the issues are resolved.

We are actively monitoring the situation and are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

UPDATE 21/03/2018 18:00: Our external provider has resolved all issues.
